简介:
中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院研究员/博士生导师,中科院级人才,获得中科院、国家自然科学基金面上项目、广东省自然科学基金等资助。曾在美国纪念斯隆凯特琳癌症中心做博士后研究并晋升为研究科学家(Senior Research Scientist)。曾获得MSK Postdoc Researcher Award、中科院院长奖等奖项。
长期致力于跨膜蛋白的结构与功能研究,包括离子通道、膜受体与转运蛋白的三维结构表征、分子机制解析与结构药理学研究。近年来, 以通讯或第一作者(含共同)在 Nature、Science Advances、Nature Communications、eLife等期刊发表论文多篇,在离子通道的结构与门控机制方面取得一系列创新性成果。
